Evonik Industries and Saudi Acrylic Acid Company (SAAC) have established a joint venture called Saudi Acrylic Polymers Company (SAPCo) for the production of superabsorbents. SAAC is a joint venture off the Saudi companies National Industrialization Company (Tasnee) and Sahara Petrochemicals.
