China National Offshore Oil Corp (CNOOC) plans to reopen an 800,000 tpa aromatics unit at its Huizhou refinery in November. The refinery was shut after a fire broke out on July 11 due to explosions caaused by a pump leak, and will be reopened after a planned maintenance in October, as per Reuters.
