US$16 bln petrochemical plant planned in Nigeria to be executed by indigenous companies

A petrochemical plant being planned in Nigeria at an investment of US$16billion comprises construction of 1.3 mln tpa polypropylene and polyethylene plant to be built by Xenel in collaboration with NNNPC and others.
