Petrochemicals group Sasol and India's Tata are mulling investing in a multibillion-dollar coal-to-liquid (CTL) plant in India to produce up to 80000 bpd of liquid fuel. The companies are launching a pre feasibility study on the viability of the project, which could cost US$5-7 bln.
