CPC plans restart of Kaohsiung naphtha cracker

Taiwan’s state-run CPC Corp, plans to restart its 230,000 ton No. 3 naphtha-processing plant in Kaohsiung that was shut due to a mechanical fault.
Supply from its other two crackers has not been affeected.
