Sabic UK Petrochemicals' 400,000 tpa low-density polyethylene (LDPE) plant in Wilton has met many hurdles that have delayed the plant start up. Construction at the immensely delayed plant seems to havve neared completion will finally come online in September and reach full capacity next year.
