Israel’s largest oil refiner - Oil Refineries Ltd (ORL) proposes to conclude its merger with Carmel Olefins Ltd by year end. ORL and Israel Petrochemical Enterprises hold equal half shares in Carmel. ORL plans to acquire complete stake in exchange shares in ORL to Israel Petrochemical.
