In a bid to ensure stable operation of Dung Quat - Vietnam’s first oil refinery, Korea’s SK Energy has inked a deal with Binh Son Ltd. Co. to provide operational and maintenance services. Binh Son is a subsidiary of Vietnam Oil and Gas Group responsible for running the refinery.
