The SCG-DOW Group, a joint venture between Dow Chemical Co and The Siam Cement Group (SCG), and Solvay Peroxythai Ltd. have laid the foundation stone at the hydrogen peroxide to propylene oxide (HPPO)) project site near Map Ta Phut, Thailand.
