Saudi Ethylene and Polyethylene Co (SEPC) plans to restart its 400,000 tpa low density polyethylene (LDPE) plant at Al-Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The unscheduled shutdown that was caused by technical glitcches a fortnight ago, is expected to be called off by mid-October.
