A planned joint venture polycarbonate and bisphenol-A plant in Beijing between Mitsubishi Chemical Corp and Sinopec could face a possible delay in start up.Start up of the 60,000 ton polycarbonate plaant and 150,000 ton BPA plant that was originally scheduled to come onstream in 2010, could slip beyond 2010.
